Development proposal · AI product
An app that tells every leader exactly what to say, what to ask, and what to run in the moment that matters — and helps you build brand-new cards and decks to sell. Your method, in every manager's hand.
"Leadership is not a Title, it's a Fire. It's our mission to help you IGNITE IT."
Prepared for Complete Leadership Academy · Scope: MVP — Guided assistant + content generator
The product in one screen
No hunting through decks and binders. The leader types what's actually happening, and the assistant pulls the right card, the right conversation, the right question and the right team activity out of your library — and explains why.
With a high performer, leading with the infraction triggers defense. Lead with the value you see, then ask — and the standard still gets set.
How it's used
Built for the two minutes before a hard conversation — not for a training day.
Team size, industry, and who reports to you. The leader does this on day one and never again — every answer after that is already personalized.
"I have to give hard feedback to someone who gets defensive." Typed in plain English, or picked from the most common situations.
What to say, what not to say, the step-by-step conversation, the questions and the team activity — with one tap to drop it straight into their next 1:1 or team meeting.
Why this is faster than it sounds
This is the part that changes the price. Your cards, questions and activities are already loaded and structured inside Complete People Builder — so this project is an intelligence layer on top of what you own, not a platform built from zero.
Eight of the eleven pieces already exist and are in production. The work ahead is the intelligence layer and the app around it — which is why this lands in weeks instead of quarters.
What gets built
The first one makes your existing library instantly usable. The second one turns your method into new product you can sell.
Every leader gets your judgment, on demand, in the moment they need it.
New cards, conversations, questions and activities — new product you can package and sell.
The part that makes it yours
This is not a generic assistant with your logo on it. It only ever recommends from your library, and everything new it drafts sits in a review queue until you approve it. You edit the wording, you reject what doesn't sound like you, and every correction teaches it your voice. The more you coach it, the more it sounds exactly like you.
New card, conversation or activity — grounded in your existing method.
Approve, edit the wording, or reject it outright. Nothing goes live on its own.
Every edit becomes a rule. The next draft comes back closer to how you'd say it.
Approved content reaches every leader — and becomes product you can sell.
How it's put together
Nothing that works today gets rewritten. The new app talks to your current platform through a clean interface, so your data, your customers and your store stay exactly where they are.
One modern React app for iOS, Android and web. What the leader actually touches.
Reads the situation, searches your indexed library, chooses, and explains the why.
Cards, conversations, questions, activities, 1:1s, teams, purchases and logins.
Reach
One codebase publishes to all three. A leader starts on their phone between meetings and picks it up on a laptop — same account, same history.
Published to the App Store, with notifications before each 1:1.
Published to Google Play from the same codebase.
Nothing to install — ideal for corporate laptops and desk-bound managers.
One codebase · three platforms · one bill to maintain
Timeline
Phases overlap — the library is indexed while the engine is being built, so the calendar stays tight.
A working version is in your hands around week 7 — you'll be using it and shaping the answers long before launch day.
Investment
One number for the build, one small number to keep it running. No surprises.
Both modules complete: the Assistant and the Generator, the leader profile, the indexed library, the app for iOS, Android and web, and your review-and-approve queue.
Hosting, the intelligence running behind the assistant, monitoring, backups and keeping everything online. Starts at launch.
Apple charges $99 USD a year and Google a one-time $25 USD, both paid directly by you. Only needed if you publish to the stores — the web version needs neither.
Why it lands here: your content is already digitized and structured, and your accounts, meetings and store already work. We're not rebuilding a platform — we're adding the intelligence on top of one you already own. Payment can be split across the phases above, tied to what's delivered.
Straight talk
What this price assumes, and the two things worth deciding together before we start.
Your cards, conversation templates, question banks and activity banks are already in the platform. Nothing has to be re-typed or re-created — this was the single biggest risk and it's already behind us.
1:1s and team meetings already exist in People Builder, so a recommendation has somewhere real to go. No new surface has to be invented for it.
Quality depends on capturing how you decide. We'll need a handful of working sessions with you early on — that's what makes it sound like Coach D instead of a generic assistant.
This scope serves individual leaders. Selling to organizations — one dashboard for many managers, with team-wide reporting — is a natural next phase, quoted separately once this is live.
Next step
Everything above is ready to start. These three decisions set the exact scope and the start date.
